The box showed up in good shape, so the boots inside were perfect too. They looked great right out of the package.

I ordered the brown boots, but then black ones showed up instead, which was annoying honestly. I contacted support thinking it would be a simple fix, but it kind of just went nowhere and they didn’t really help me out. So now I’ve got boots I didn’t even order, basically

The store itself looks fine, but the location is a pain. It took way longer than it should have to get there, and the parking situation just made it even more frustrating. Whoever picked that spot clearly didn’t think about convenience. Maybe it works if you live right nearby, but I’m definitely not going out of my way for it again.

I ordered a pair of boots from the site and the order itself went through okay, but checkout on my phone was a little annoying. I ordered a pair of boots from texasbootranch.net, and overall, I was pleased with how everything showed up. The original boot box was placed inside a separate shipping box, which I appreciated because it kept the boots protected and prevented the box from getting smashed or bent during delivery.
The only small issue was that the outer shipping box had a minor tear on one corner, so that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. That said, the boots themselves and the original box were completely fine, so no real complaints. All in all, I’m happy with the experience.

I don’t know, the store just felt a little off to me. It was kind of crowded, and I never really felt like I could slow down and browse without being in someone’s way or, like, taking up too much space.

I got my hat shaped at Texas Boot Ranch and overall I’m happy with how it turned out. The brim looked even, and they got the crease just about exactly how I asked. It did take a little longer than I expected, which was a bit annoying, but the final result was solid and the quality made it feel worth it.

The boots fit me fine at first and felt okay when I put them on. Anyway, after walking around in them for a while, my feet started getting sore, so they weren’t as comfortable as I’d hoped.

I ordered these boots because the pictures made them look like a nice warm tan, and I was completely convinced they were going to be that exact shade. But when they showed up, they were way darker and had a much more orange tone than the photos suggested.

The quality seemed okay overall, but the color difference was impossible to ignore. The pics on texasbootranch.net just did not match what I got, and the return process was kind of a hassle too. I’m 100% sure I wouldn’t have ordered them if the photos had been more accurate, so I’m giving 2 stars.

I’m giving 2 stars because the website itself was easy enough to use, but the whole ordering process was frustrating. The boots I wanted showed as in stock, so I placed the order thinking I was all set. Then later I got a message saying they actually weren’t available. The timing was really inconvenient because I needed them soon, so finding out after the fact was annoying. I just wish the inventory was kept updated before letting people order.

I was disappointed with the selection. A lot of the boots looked almost identical, and the styles felt kind of outdated to me. I kept scrolling hoping I’d find something that actually stood out, but nothing really caught my eye. It also gave me the impression they’re more focused on pushing products than offering a good range of styles people actually want. I ended up leaving the site quickly without buying anything.

I was disappointed with these boots. The stitching looked messy, and the leather just felt cheap, right out of the box. After wearing them for a short time, they started showing wear way too soon, so, overall, I wouldn’t really recommend them
